  • 300 g chicken breast boiled and shredded
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Chipotle Dried Peppers
  • 1 tbsp onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Boil the chicken breast until cooked then shred it finely.
  3. Add olive oil to a preheated frying pan. Place the onion, green bell pepper, and chipotle dried chili in. Saute until onion looks soft.

  4. Add the shredded chicken along with the tomato puree, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir frequently and let them cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  5. Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Add some slices of jalapeño on top to garnish. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
