How to Make Low Carb Chicken Nuggets Using Air Fryer
1️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 400°F so it’s ready to go when your nuggets are coated.
2️⃣ Prep the chicken – Cut it into small bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
3️⃣ Make the coating – In a bowl, mix together almond flour, grated Parmesan, and all the seasonings. This will give your nuggets that crispy, flavorful crunch!
4️⃣ Prepare the egg wash – In another bowl, beat the egg until smooth.
5️⃣ Coat the chicken – Dip each piece into the egg, then roll it in the almond flour-Parmesan mixture until fully coated. Repeat until all nuggets are breaded.

- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- ⅓ cup Parmesan grated
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp chili powder

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Cut chicken breasts into 1.5-inch cubes and set aside.
- In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan, and all seasonings. Mix well.
- In another bowl, beat an egg.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten egg then coat with the dry ingredients. Repeat this process until you cover all chicken pieces.
- Grease or spray an air fryer basket with olive oil. Air fry chicken nuggets in batches for 8 minutes or until crisp.
