The cauliflower rice is super easy to make. Simply place a cup of cauliflower florets in a food processor and process it until you get grain-size pieces. After that, simply add a little bit of olive oil to a frying pan and stir fry the cauliflower with a pinch of salt until it looks soft.

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces. In a frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil in then add chicken and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and coconut cream and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
    Cook chicken in heavy cream and coconut
  3. Add the garlic powder along with the garlic clove, ginger, tomato paste, garam masala, paprika, and salt. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Cook for 5 more minutes and remove from heat.
  4. Serve chicken along with cauliflower rice and cilantro on top. Enjoy!
