Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan Shrimp
If you love shrimp as much as we do, you would want to learn as many different ways to cook it as you can. Today we’d like to show you this Creamy Tuscan Shrimp cooked with butter, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic and other amazing herbs and spices.

- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 3 cup baby spinach leaves
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients

- Devein and clean shrimp then season with lemon juice, salt, black pepper and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add butter in with chopped onion, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes (optional).
- Stir for 30 seconds then add shrimp in and stir for 3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
- Add cream cheese in and stir gently with a spoon until the cream cheese is dissolved.
- Finally, add Parmesan cheese, spinach, and Italian seasoning. Cook 5 minutes more and remove from heat.
- Serve with freshly chopped parsley on top.
