If you enjoy eating seafood, especially shrimp, then this delicious, rich, and creamy shrimp alfredo recipe is perfect for you. The combination of heavy cream and shrimp will make your mouth water.
When working with shrimp, make sure to clean them well before cooking.
Traditional alfredo dishes usually call for pasta, which contains too many carbs to be eaten on keto. Additionally, most pasta is highly inflammatory as it contains gluten.
Our recipe replaces the pasta with spinach, which is a great source of several vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. You’ll get the delicious flavor of an alfredo dish without the carbs.
This recipe is super simple and easy to make. You can also put some parmesan cheese on top or add it to the pan while everything is cooking. This will give a special touch to the taste. Get your ingredients ready and start cooking!
Let’s Do It!
Have the shrimp ready by cleaning and deveining each piece.
Next, put butter in a frying pan and let it melt. Once ready, sauté the garlic and onion.
Put in the deveined shrimp and saute for around 3 minutes. Let the shrimp cook before adding all the ingredients in, including heavy cream and chopped spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer and wait for around 7 minutes to completely cook.
Serve while hot. Enjoy!
