Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F°.
  2. Add oil to a preheated frying pan. Place the beef along with chopped tomato, onion, pepper, and salt. Let everything cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the jalapeños in halves and take off the veins and seeds (this leave more room to stuff the meat and make it not too spicy).

  4. When the beef is done, fill the jalapeños and put the mozzarella cheese on top. Place them on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is brown.
