For the chocolate:

For the peanut butter:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter (preferably natural peanut butter and freshly made and sugar free)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia (or any sweetener of your choice)


  • Blend all the ingredients for the chocolate in a bowl. Stir well to get the desired smoothness. Put aside.
    Mixing chocolate
  • Prepare another bowl for the peanut butter mixture. Fold the ingredients together until uniform and smooth. Set aside as well.

  • Pour the chocolate mix in a muffin cup covered with a plastic square. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove from the fridge and add the peanut butter on top of the chocolate. Replace in the fridge for 20 more minutes.
  • Once set, serve and enjoy!

Note: You can pour everything in 1 big cup and cut into small pieces or you can do it in 12 small muffin cups.
