  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Place bacon slices on a baking sheet, well separated and bake for 15 minutes until they’re cooked. Once done, remove from heat, chop into small pieces and set aside.
  3. While waiting for bacon to be cooked in the oven, cut the chicken breast into small cubes then fry in a frying pan with olive oil and minced garlic for 7 minutes until cooked. Make sure you stir well. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Wash and dry spinach then cut the leaves into small pieces.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix very well. Then add mozzarella cheese, bacon bits, chopped spinach, onion and garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes at a preheated 350F until the center is boiled and cooked.

  7. Remove from oven and cover with Parmesan Cheese then bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
