We use turkey ham for this particular recipe. You can also use other types of ham, pepperonis, salami, sausage or even seafood such as shrimp for this. The process will be the same.

This recipe is super easy! All you have to do is adding bell pepper slices in a bowl and cooked ham, low carb pizza sauce (or tomato paste), then topping with cheese and microwave for 2-3 minutes or baking in a preheated 370°F oven for 10 minutes.

Keto Crustless Pizza in a Bowl
- Preheat a frying pan then pour the oil in. Fry the ham for 3 minutes. Optionally, use any meat of your choice instead of ham. Put aside.
- Set the bell pepper on the base of a microwave-safe bowl. Layer with the onion, ham and finally, tomato paste.
- Top with mozzarella.
- Microwave for 3 minutes and let the cheese melt. As an alternative, bake for 10 minutes in the oven preheated at 370°F. Remember to use an oven-safe pan for this.
- Take out from the microwave (or oven) and enjoy!!
