  • ½ cup cottage cheese full fate
  • 1 tbsp green onion chopped
  • 1 tsp dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 oz smoked salmon cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 wedge lemon juice
  • ½ cup rocket
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 wedge lemon for serving

Instructions
