Keto Sausage and Cabbage Skillet

This sausage and cabbage skillet is great option for a family meal at any time of the day. Spicy sausages in combination with crunchy cabbage and tender mozzarella make perfect union. Also, this meal can be served right from the skillet.

If you don’t like spicy foods, simply use regular sausage instead. It can be chicken, pork or beef sausage as long as there are no added sugar, fillers, or preservatives.

Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add onion and cabbage. Cook over medium-high heat until the vegetables begin to become tender (approximately 8-10 minutes).
  2. Roughly chop the sausages and stir them it into the cabbage and onions. Cook for additional 8 minutes.
  3. Add shredded mozzarella on top. Turn off the heat, cover the skillet and wait 5 minutes while the cheese melts. Remove the lid from the skillet and stir. Top with parsley, salt and pepper and serve.
