  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder optional
For Filling
  • 6 oz Deli Ham Or any type of ham
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese sliced

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add mozzarella to a bowl. Add cream cheese on top.
    mix mozzarella with cream cheese
  3. Microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
  4. Mix in beaten egg, almond flour, and baking powder.
  5. Place between two pieces of oiled parchment to prevent sticking.
  6. Roll into a thin dough. You can make more servings by making it thinner.

  7. Cut into a rectangle and stuff with ham and cheese.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to make the dough golden brown.
