Instructions
  1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before grilling. Cover and let them sit at the room temperature.
  2. Preheat the grill to high. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Generously brush each steak with this mixture and place on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until slightly charred on one side. Turn over and continue to grill for 3-4 minutes for medium-rare.
  4. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Enjoy and serve with some low carb veggies or salad.
