T-bone steak is very popular barbecue option with dozens of different ways to prepare it. This time I have chosen to brush my steaks with some oil, Dijon, and basil.
The result was pretty amazing! Dried basil will give your steak a completely new dimension of flavor you will fall in love with. Give it a try!
Basil is an amazing plant you can easily grow on your own. Simply fill a small container with some soil and place it on a sunny window.
This fabulous herb is irreplaceable in many different, heavy meat recipes and I’m sure you’ll be using it a lot to give an extra kick to your meal.
Let’s Ketofy It!
While preparing the dish, let an electric grill or a large non-stick grill pan preheat over medium-high heat.
Prepare the meat and set this aside while making the seasonings. Add the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Once the mixture is thoroughly combined, brush generous amount of this seasoning on the entire steak.
Brown the meat on the grill for about 10 minutes on both sides. Afterwards, set the heat to medium-low and continue grilling for 8 more minutes. Flip the meat occasionally. Serve in a platter and enjoy.
