Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs so well and set them aside.
  2. Place a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook for about 2 minutes each side. Remove it and set aside.
    Pour egg mixture in a pan
  3. Add the spinach and tomato to the same frying pan and let it cook for about 1 minute to soften it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the egg wrap on a dish and add the spinach and tomato on one side of the wrap and then add the cheese on top. Roll it like making a burrito.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
