  • 3 tbsp shaved almonds
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp almond milk to thinner the sauce if necessary

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • White pepper to taste

  • 3 tbsp shaved almonds
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • salt to taste

Instructions
  1. Season the salmon with salt, pepper and lemon zest. If your fillet size is big, you can cut in half. Reserve in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, long enough to absorb the seasoning flavours.

  2. In a nonstick baking dish, heat the coconut oil. Fry the salmon on both sides to seal the fish. Sprinkle the almonds crumbs on the top of the fish and take to a medium preheated 300F oven for about 10-15 minutes.

  3. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside. Bring the baking dish to the fire, add cream cheese, scrape the baking sheet to incorporate the fish baking juice and the cream. Mix until heated and uniformed. Add almond milk to tinner the sauce, if necessary.
  4. Cover the fish with the sauce and serve immediately.
