Crock Pot Sausage and Peppers
- 10 oz Italian sausages keto-friendly
- 1/2 bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup canned tomatoes organic
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Gouda shredded
