Ingredients

  • 10 oz Italian sausages keto-friendly
  • 1/2 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes organic
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Gouda shredded

Instructions

  • Arrange in a slow cooker: Italian sausages, bell pepper, onion, canned tomatoes, minced garlic. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, sea salt and pepper. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  • When cooked, divide between plates and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
