Add the broth to a pot and leave to boil. Toss in the shredded chicken and ginger and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup shredded chicken cooked
- 6 oz shirataki noodles
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- parsley chopped (for garnish)
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring the broth to a boil, add ginger and shredded chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add shirataki noodles, coconut milk, salt and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add black pepper and more salt if needed. Turn off the heat.
