Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Cut chicken breasts into 1.5-inch cubes and set aside.
In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan, and all seasonings. Mix well.
In another bowl, beat an egg.
Dip each chicken piece in the beaten egg then coat with the dry ingredients. Repeat this process until you cover all chicken pieces.
Grease or spray an air fryer basket with olive oil. Air fry chicken nuggets in batches for 8 minutes or until crisp.
Serve with ranch sauce or any other your favorite low-carb dip.
