  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 oz Blue cheese
  • 2 oz Orange Pepper optional for garnish
  • 8 oz Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix sour cream with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Once done crumble blue cheese into the mixture.
  2. Cut two chunks of Iceberg lettuce, spread homemade blue cheese dressing on top of it.
  3. Garnish with orange pepper (optional).
  4. Serve it with any protein and/or additional greens or vegetables of your choice
