When you have a craving for a dessert but have a little time and you do not want to cook, this recipe is for you. You can prepare this delicious cheesecake without baking it.

This No-Bake Cheesecake is so easy to prepare. You’ll make the crust then add the fillings on top and refrigerate for an hour and it’s ready to serve.

For the crust, we use almond flour, pecan nuts (finely chopped), sweetener and melted butter.

For the fillings, we use cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and erythritol. For decoration, we add some slices of Raspberry.

You can use the type of berries you prefer such as strawberries or blueberries.

  • Start making the crust by mixing all the crust ingredients in a bowl. The produced mixture is similar to breadcrumbs.
  • Place spoonfuls of the crust on the cups and flatten it on the base. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Stir together all the filling ingredients in a bowl; exclude the berries. Pour this mixture on the crusts. Gently drop the berry slices. Replace the cups in the fridge for an additional 30 minutes before serving. Top with mint leaves and enjoy while cold.
