Instructions
  1. Wash spinach and ginger.
  2. Peel and cut the ginger and avocado.

  3. Combine the coconut milk, spinach, ginger and avocado in a blender and puree until smooth about 1 minute. You can also add lime juice (optional) and water to reach the desired thickness.
