2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

Today we will show you how to make a super simple and easy low carb dessert with only 2 ingredients. It’s called the 2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse.

We will be using heavy cream and dark chocolate for this. You can also add a little bit of sweetener for taste and a few slices of strawberries for decoration but it’s optional.

In this recipe, we used dark chocolate with 90% cocoa because it’s pretty low in sugar. If you prefer to use unsweetened chocolate, remember to add a little bit extra sweetener.

Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate in a microwave or using a double-boiler. Stir it every 20-30 second not to burn it.
  2. In a separate bowl combine heavy cream and sweetener (optional), whip till light picks.
  3. Combine melted chocolate with whipped cream and continue mixing it with a handheld mixer will firm picks.
  4. Chill it for at least 30 minutes and serve with berries of your choice as decoration.
