This drink contains almond milk which is the most widely-used plant milk in the US. It has fewer calories and carbs compared to cow’s milk. Almond milk is also enriched in vitamin E and thiamin. To make our protein shake stand out from the rest, we added avocado to the recipe. This tropical fruit has been known to improve your digestion, fight against cancer, and reduce the risk of depression.
On top of that, we added some hints of coffee to boost your energy in the morning. Coffee was also proven to be beneficial as a post-workout drink since it reduces muscle pain by up to 48%. For the flavour of the shake, we will use cocoa powder and some chocolate with 85% cocoa content. We also replaced sugar with erythritol and mixed in some Perfect Keto Unflavored Keto Collagen for added collagen and protein content.

How to Make Keto Iced Coffee
Place everything in a blender, but leave half a cup of ice. Mix until smooth.
Add the remaining ice cubes in a mason jar or glass. Pour the shake.
Sprinkle with crushed chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon. Serve cold.

Keto Iced Coffee Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 3 oz coffee freshly brewed & chilled
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
- ½ avocado
- 1-2 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp erythritol or to taste
- 1 cup ice cubes divided
For garnish, optional
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- dark chocolate at least 85% cocoa, crushed
Instructions
- Combine chilled coffee, avocado, almond milk, a scoop of Perfect Keto Unflavored Keto Collagen, cocoa powder, ½ cup ice cubes and erythritol (if using) and blend until smooth.
- Fill the glass or mason jar with remaining ice cubes, pour coffee-collagen mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and crushed chocolate (optional) and serve.
