How to Make Low Carb Baked Chicken Wings in The Oven
Preheat your oven to 480°F.
Prepare the chicken wings by removing the tips and separating them into drumettes and wingettes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Place the seasoned wings on an oiled baking sheet, ensuring they are spread out and not touching.

Keto Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Set the oven to 480°F to preheat.
- Chop off the tips of the chicken wings and cut into drumettes and wingettes. Coat the wings with olive oil and garlic powder in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to produce your preferred taste. Stir well to cover the wings fully.
- Organize the wings neatly on a baking sheet brushed with cooking oil and leave in the oven for around 20 minutes.
