Cream Cheese Stuffed Strawberries is the dessert you need in your life right now. It consists of simple ingredients and requires minimum time to prepare.

All you need are fresh strawberries, erythritol, cream cheese, crushed cashews, crushed dark chocolate and mint leaves for garnish. You can even leave out the erythritol if you don’t have any on hand because the strawberries are naturally sweet.

Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and other dietary minerals. They are appreciated for their skin improving abilities and for strengthening the immune system.

Did you know that vitamin C is needed to make collagen? Collagen is the compound that contributes to your skin’s elasticity.

Vitamin C is also a potent immune booster. You can use these desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep infections away.

Not to mention, strawberries are nature’s candy. Sweetness, fragrance and complex flavour are favourable attributes of the strawberry.

In this recipe, we pair strawberries with cream cheese. The healthy fat in the cream cheese helps you absorb the antioxidants in the strawberries.

How to Make Cream Cheese Stuffed Strawberries Dessert

You’ll want to make sure you limit your intake of fruits on the keto diet because they are high in sugar. However, berries tend to be lower in sugar than all other fruits. For this reason, you can enjoy them in moderation.

The combination of dark chocolate, cream cheese and strawberries is incredibly irresistible in this recipe. To make, mix the cream cheese with the crushed cashews. Next, empty the inside of the strawberries.
