Ingredients

  • ½ oz spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen
  • 1 tsp erythritol or to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • lemon slice for garnish optional
  • 1/2 cucumber small, optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  • Pour into a glass and serve garnished with a lemon slice (optional).
