Instructions
  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces then boil or steam for 10 minutes until soft.
  2. Strain the cauliflower and let it dry then put it in a food processor or blender. Add in butter, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, coriander, salt and pepper and blend until smooth.

  3. Put the cauliflower mixture in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
