Juicy and tender rib-eye steak is one of the most popular beef cuts for the grill. It is best served warm, directly from the grill but it can also stay in the refrigerator overnight and serve as a delicious base for different salad recipes. Make sure to choose the best pieces of meat you can possibly find for the superb taste this grill classic has to offer. Enjoy!
Brushing your steaks with mustard-based marinade will make your meat perfectly soft and juicy from the inside, while the grill will give you the crispiness you love!
If you have some extra time, you can let the steaks sit in this marinade for 15-20 minutes before grilling. This will allow the flavors to penetrate deep into the meat. Add some lemon juice for even better fresh taste and enjoy!
Let’s Ketofy It!
If you kept the steak inside the fridge, let it cool at room temperature for about 20 minutes in a covered container before grilling.
Set the grill to high to allow it to preheat. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl (except the steak).
Use a brush to cover both sides of the steak with the mixed seasoning. Place the steak carefully on the grill and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Once the side looks slightly charred, flip and grill for 3-4 more minutes. This will produce a medium-rare steak.
Move the meat to a cutting board and let it cool before slicing into pieces. Around 5 minutes is enough.
Cut the meat carefully into thick slices. You can serve the steak with any salad or low carb veggies. Share with friends and family.
