Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 oz Mozzarella shredded
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl combine chopped shrimps, beaten egg, almond flour, cheese, dill and seasonings and mix well until smooth.
- With a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and form patties. The size of each cake depends on your liking.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate and serve with some leafy greens and aioli or any other sauce of your choice.
