This is one of the easiest keto side dishes you can make. All you need to do is to steam the cauliflower then mix with other ingredients in a blender and bake the mixture for 10 minutes until you see a crispy and brown colour.
If you want to eat something appropriate for your keto diet, the cauliflower gratin is an excellent side dish to accompany any meat recipe, especially grilled beef steak.

- Chop the washed cauliflower to make small chunks. Soften the pieces by either boiling or steaming for 10 minutes.
- Drain the water thoroughly and dry the pieces. Transfer to a blender or food processor with all of the remaining ingredients except for the chives. Mix together until smooth and uniform.
- Move the blended cauliflower to a baking dish. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Season with chopped chives and a dash of pepper before serving.
