Instructions
Mix farmer cheese, coconut flour, salt and 2 eggs. Mixture should be like paste texture.
Form pancakes into round shape. Dust it just a bit with coconut flour
Fry till both sides are golden brown
Can be served with blueberries or any topping of your choice.
