Cut Mozzarella sticks in half crosswise, forming a total of 16 cheese sticks.
In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan, and all seasonings. Mix well.
In another bowl, beat an egg.
Line a baking sheet (you could also use a tray or cutting board) with parchment paper.
Dip each cheese stick in the beaten egg then coat with the dry ingredients and place on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Repeat this process until you cover all of the sticks with the ingredients. Place the sheet with the cheese sticks into the freezer. Freeze minimum for 1 hour or overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Grease or spray an air fryer basket with olive oil. Air fry cheese sticks in small batches for 6-8 minutes or until crisp.
Serve with marinara sauce or any other your favorite low-carb dip.
