Prepare this low-carb mushroom gravy burger patties recipe to jazz up the regular boring bunless burger, it is keto-friendly, easy to prepare and bursting with flavour.
Place all ingredients for the patties in a bowl (except olive oil) and mix until well combined. With a spoon, scoop meat mixture, roll into balls, and gently press to form the patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook for approximately 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
Melt butter in a frying pan. Add sliced mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in onion, garlic and thyme and saute for an additional 2 minutes.
Add in the broth. Bring to a boil and continue to simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
When cheese melts, add heavy cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Divide patties between serving plates, pour the gravy over, sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!
