While preheating the oven to 400°F, prepare a small baking dish covered with parchment paper. Put aside.
Cut the avocado into two and remove the seed. Coat the surface with melted butter. Lay the avocado halves on the baking dish and gently crack an egg on each top. Flavor with some oregano and salt.
Let it cook in the oven for 15 minutes or so, depending on how cooked you like your eggs.
