In a bowl mix together shredded chicken breast, diced tomatoes, crushed bacon and homemade mayo, season with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
Take one iceberg leaf and load it with the mixture, add some Gouda cheese on top and wrap. You may need to secure the wrap with toothpick. You can also sprinkle some lemon juice on top of the fillings (optional).
Continue the procedure with other iceberg leaves and serve.
*note: if you don't work out and wish to reduce the amount of protein per serving, simply reduce the amount of chicken breast used in this recipe to fit your macros.
