Keto Chicken and Bacon Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
  • 2 slices bacon fried and crushed
  • 3 oz Gouda cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken breast, diced tomatoes, crushed bacon and homemade mayo. Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
  • Take one iceberg leaf and load it with the mixture. Add some Gouda cheese on top and wrap. You may need to secure the wrap with a toothpick. You can also sprinkle some lemon juice on top of the fillings (optional).
  • Continue the procedure with other iceberg leaves and serve.
