Instructions
Bring the broth to a boil, add ginger and shredded chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add shirataki noodles, coconut milk, salt and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add black pepper and more salt if needed. Turn off the heat.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
