Arrange in a slow cooker: Italian sausages, bell pepper, onion, canned tomatoes, minced garlic. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, sea salt and pepper. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
When cooked, divide between plates and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Serve with some leafy greens or steamed broccoli or even with cauliflower rice or you can eat it on its own. Enjoy!
