Use your hands to mix everything together in a large bowl. Wrap the mixture tightly with plastic foil. Chill in the fridge for half an hour.
Set the stove to medium-high heat. Place a large non-stick grill pan over the stove to preheat. Take out the meat from the fridge. Shape them into 2-inch logs before cooking them on the grill pan for 7-8 minutes. Turn the kebabs occasionally to cook all sides.
