After washing and drying the cauliflower thoroughly, discard the leaves and chop it into small chunks.
Transfer the chunks in the food processor and pulse until rice-sized bits are obtained.
Pour the cauliflower bits into a heat-safe bowl. Fold together with the butter then season with pepper and salt. Use the “cooking” function of the microwave to warm the seasoned cauliflower bits for around 1.5 to 2 minutes. If there are no microwaves available, simply stir-fry the cauliflower in a pan. Stir well with the garlic powder, cumin powder, chili pepper, chopped onion, butter, and any other seasonings of your choice.
