Prepare a large bowl for the meatloaf. Add in all the ingredients, excluding the ketchup and bacon strips. Mix and season well to your liking. Stir with a spoon to incorporate.
Mold the meatloaf mixture to make small spheres. Wrap each bacon slice around each meatball. Spread a teaspoon of ketchup on the surface of the meat.
Let the oven preheat at 375°F. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Time may depend on the size of the mini meatloaf. When the meat is cooked, set the oven to broil and leave for a couple of minutes to obtain a nice crust.
Transfer to a plate with a cucumber and radish salad.
