Combine coconut butter and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Cook for 45 second to 1 minute and stir until all combined.
Add the shredded coconut and sweetener until combined.
Divide mixture into the ice cube tray and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute, stopping every 15 seconds to mix, this will avoid it to burn. Spoon chocolate topping over chilled coconut candies and let set in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Enjoy it!
