Keto Cream Cheese Stuffed Strawberries
This low-carb cream cheese stuffed strawberries recipe is a fun and fancy keto dessert for your occasions, prepared in few minutes and extremely delicious.
- 10 strawberries
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp cashews crushed
- dark chocolate at least 85% cocoa, crushed (for garnish)
- 10 mint leaves for garnish, optional
In a bowl mix cream cheese with crushed cashews and erythritol.
Using a teaspoon or a knife, carve out the middle of each strawberry.
Stuff each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
