Keto Cloud Bread Sandwich
Easy and fluffy low-carb and keto-friendly bread made with egg and cream cheese.

For cloud bread:
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- ½ tsp baking powder gluten-free
- pinch salt
- 1 avocado sliced
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- 4 tsp mayonnaise
Preheat the oven to 300 F.
In a bowl beat egg yolks with cream cheese, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add egg yolks mixture to the beaten egg whites and mix gently until smooth.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
Spoon the batter onto baking tray to make 8 circular batters and bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool for several minutes.
Spread half of baked cloud breads with mayo, top with sliced avocado, bacon slice, close the sandwich with another cloud bread and enjoy!
