shrimp
cooked and chopped
1/4
cup
almond flour
1
egg
beaten
2
oz
Mozzarella
shredded
3
tbsp
Parmesan cheese
grated
1
tbsp
fresh dill
chopped
1 1/2
tbsp
olive oil
or coconut oil for frying
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a bowl combine chopped shrimps, beaten egg, almond flour, cheese, dill and seasonings and mix well until smooth.
With a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and form patties. The size of each cake depends on your liking.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and serve with some leafy greens and aioli or any other sauce of your choice.
