  • 300 g shrimp cleaned
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions
  1. Chop the broccoli into small portions or whichever size you prefer, but smaller pieces cook faster.
  2. Melt the butter in a preheated pan. Gently toss in the chopped broccoli and crushed garlic when the butter becomes hot (but not smoking). Stir to cook.
  3. Leave over the heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir from time to time.
  4. Clean the shrimp before adding them to the pan. Let it cook for around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Once the shrimp turns pink and opaque, drizzle the lemon juice all over.
  6. Transfer to a plate and serve.
