Update: This is the second time we cooked this meal. This time, we used chicken thighs instead of breast and we added 2 tablespoons of sour cream to thicken the sauce. Instructions
  1. Cut the large chicken breast into two parts and marinate with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to a preheated frying pan and place the chicken breast in. Cook for at least 3 minutes each side.
  2. In the meantime, add oil to another frying pan and place the mushrooms in along with the garlic and onion. Cook for 3 minutes, stir well and then add the cilantro, salt, and pepper along with the heavy cream. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  3. Place the chicken on a dish with the mushrooms on top.
  4. Enjoy!
