Instructions
  1. Place the walnuts in a food processor and crush to pieces.
  2. Combine the walnuts with the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips and shredded coconut). Add some salt to taste.
  3. Press the dough evenly on an 8×8 pan.
  4. Microwave the chocolate chips for one minute or one minute and a half to melt. Pour the melted chocolate over the pan.
  5. Sprinkle the grated coconut on top.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours. Take out and slice into bars.
  7. Pick out a piece and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

If you prepare 12 bars, they have one or two carbs total. It depends on the type of chocolate chips you use.
