Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 F°.
  2. With the help of a mixer, whisk cream cheese, butter, and 2 tbsp of sweetener until getting a soft mixture. Add the eggs and the baking powder and whisk for 3 more minutes. Set aside.
  3. In a small skillet, add the water and the remaining sweetener. Smashed half of the berries you have and then add it to the water. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes until getting a kind of jelly mixture.
  4. Grease a cupcake cup and pour in part of the jelly and part of the cream cheese mixture. Add berries on top and, with the help of a fork, push them to the bottom. Add water to a baking pan and place the cupcake cups.

  5. Place them in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until inserting a knife and it comes out clean.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

Note: You can add more jelly on top when served. You can replace blackberries with any type of berries that you like.
