Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 300 F.
  2. Place the well-stretched bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until they are brown and crispy. Chop bacon slices into small pieces and put aside.
  3. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Put in a pot with boiling water for 5-10 minutes until soft.
  4. Strain the cauliflower and put it a blender with sour cream, butter and garlic powder and blend for 30 seconds to mix them well.
  5. Pour the cauliflower mixture into a big bowl and use a spoon to mix with chives, coriander and half of the cheese. Mix everything well.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 min.

  7. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese, bacon, a little bit of chives and freshly ground pepper then bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is golden.
